We are a fine art  photography studio based in Houston, TX providing a luxe, indoor flying dress experience like no other. Whether you’re looking to celebrate your birthday, anniversary, or just celebrating YOU, we have something for you!​

Our Photoshoot Packages

Choose from three of our flying dress experience packages: Couples, Solo or Group. All come complete with your dress and accessories, with optional makeup and hair service upgrades. You will also have a professional female stylist to assist you with getting dressed and to give you direction with posing. *We do not offer family or mommy & me packages at this time.

  • I'm traveling into Houston. Can you recommend a hotel?
    The closest airport to our studio would be Hobby Airport (HOU). There are a wide variety of hotels in the area. Here are a few options and Houston favorites: Hotel Derek, The Chifley, Westin Oaks Galleria, Holiday Inn Houston SW, Royal Sonesta, and Aloft Galleria are just a few within 5 miles of our location.     At this time, we do not offer "Mommy & Me" or family photoshoot packages. We offer 3 packages -- couples, solo and group.   • What happens if I need to reschedule my photoshoot?
    We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment. So we kindly offer 1 complimentary rescheduling. Any rescheduling after your 1 complimentary allotment (regardless of reason) will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. We look forward to you flying with us! - CFDP Team
  • Do you accept other forms of payment?
    We accept payments only through PayPal.
  • Why don't I see the date that I want to book?
    You can book your portrait session 90 calendar days into the future. If you do not see your date available yet, please check back later once we open your desired month.
  • How soon will I receive my final digital images? Can I rush my images?
    If you have a deadline for receiving your images, we recommend that you schedule your photoshoot at least 3 weeks before the deadline. ​ After you complete your photoshoot: 1. You will receive your proof gallery within 72 hours after your photoshoot. 2. Email us your image selections for editing, and allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your final digital images. 3. Your final gallery will be sent to you via email. You will have access to your proof gallery for 12 months should you want to purchase more digital images or prints. If you need your images in a hurry, we highly recommend you request our rush services. Our expedited fee is $100, and you will receive your images in 1 week (or sooner if possible).
  • Where are you located? Can I contact you with questions?
    Our studio is located in Southwest Houston near the Galleria. You will receive an email with the the address after booking your portrait session. At this time, we are located only in Houston, we only shoot in our studio, and we do not accept requests to shoot off-site or at other locations. We appreciate your interest in flying with us! Here are 3 ways you can get answers to your questions: 1. Please start with searching our FAQ's section for answers to our most commonly asked questions. Most of our clients find the answer they need under our FAQ's. 2. If your question is not addressed under our FAQ's, try reaching us by live chat. 3. Submit a contact us form with your question. Due to the fact that our photography team is in photoshoots during the day, they are unable to speak over the phone.   • Can I do a walk-in or pay in person?
    We accept clients by appointment only. All clients must book their photoshoot using our automated booking system here . We only accept payment by PayPal and major credit cards.

  • Is makeup included? How about the men's suit?
    Our package does not include makeup. However, once you book your portrait session, we can refer you to our makeup artists who are available to do your makeup on site at our studio. Makeup is $185. No, we do not provide the gentlemen's suit. We only provide the dress rental and accessories for ladies.
  • What is the deposit for?
    Couples & Solo Packages Deposits are $150 + tax and non-refundable, as they are used to secure your session time and date. We do not book any other sessions during your secured time. All sales are final once edited portraits are delivered electronically to the client. Your deposit also goes towards the total cost of your portrait session. Group Package Deposits are $399 and non-refundable, as they are used to secure your session time and date. We do not book any other sessions during your secured time. All sales are final once edited portraits are delivered electronically to the client. Your deposit also goes towards the total cost of your portrait session.
  • How long will it take to receive my pictures?
    If you have a deadline for receiving your images, we recommend that you schedule your photoshoot at least 3 weeks before the deadline. ​ After you complete your photoshoot: 1. You will receive your proof gallery within 72 hours after your photoshoot. 2. Email us your image selections for editing, and allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your final digital images. 3. Your final gallery will be sent to you via email. You will have access to your proof gallery for 12 months should you want to purchase more digital images or prints. If you need your images in a hurry, we highly recommend you request our rush services. Our expedited fee is $100, and you will receive your images in 1 week (or sooner if possible). ADDITIONAL IMAGES *If you would like more images, we will be happy to edit them for $25 each. ADDITIONAL EDITS *Your package includes 1 (one) edit per picture. If you want additional edits done to a picture, it will be an additional $10.

  • Do you offer Solo packages? What about group packages?
    We offer 2 different packages: 1. Couple 2. Solo At this time, we do not offer services for: family portraits mother and son / mother and daughter / sisters groups
  • Do you offer a solo package?
    Yes. We offer a package for couples, solo and groups.   • How long will my portrait session last?
    Couples & Solo Session: Each session is approximately 1 hour. That includes your time to change into your dress and accessories, and the actual photoshoot. Group Session: Each session is approximately 1.5 hours. That includes your time to change into your dress and accessories, and the actual photoshoot.
  • What should I expect of this experience?
    Expect to be WOWed. The flying dress experience is beautifully grand and not like any other photoshoot you've done before. Come relaxed and ready with a smile, and we will handle the rest! There will be a stylist on site to help you get dressed and will guide you on how to pose in your flying dress. This will be an experience to remember! ​ Additional tips: You will be mostly standing for 45 minutes (with a few moments to rest your feet). Be sure that your heels are not only cute, but comfy too.
  • Can I choose a location of my preference for the photoshoot?
    At this time, we only offer our services at our studio, located in Southwest Houston near the Galleria. You will receive the address details once you have completed your booking.
  • Do I have to pay for parking?
    No. Free, covered parking is available inside our garage.
  • Where will the photoshoot take place?
    Our studio is located in Southwest Houston near the Galleria. You will receive an email with the the address after booking your portrait session. At this time, we only shoot in our studio, and we do not accept requests to shoot off-site. We do not have other locations, and we do not travel to other locations.
  • Will makeup and hair services be provided?
    Makeup and hair services are not included in your photoshoot package. However, our resident stylist can handle your makeup and hair needs in our studio. Makeup services are $185 and will need to be booked 1.5 to 2 hours in advance. You will need to consult with our stylist for hair services. After booking your appointment, you will be sent information on how to book your makeup and hair services with us. Can my makeup artist perform services in your studio? No. Only our licensed resident makeup artist is permitted to perform makeup services in our studio.
  • Can I bring my own props/balloons/cake? How much are your props?
    Outside props are not allowed in our studio. However, for an enjoyable experience, we offer balloons and a cake prop that you can purchase as an upgrade after you have completed your booking. (You will find pricing details after you checkout.) Thank you for not bringing props into our studio.
  • Do you provide gentlemen with a wardrobe?
    We do not provide the man's attire. Men are encouraged to come dressed in a suit or tux. No attire or wardrobe will be provided.
  • What type of undergarments should I wear under the dress? 
    Our dresses have a high split and a deep neckline. *Underwear are required, or we will refuse service. Please wear panties that will not be visible in your portraits. Also be sure to bring your strapless/ backless bra or breast tape of your preference.
  • What should I wear to the photoshoot?
    Ladies: Please come dressed comfortably in something that is easy to get out of, for example, a maxi dress. Gentlemen: a nice suit or tux of your color choice; dress shoes recommended
  • What should I not wear to the photoshoot?
    Please refrain from wearing body oil, perfumes or any other products that can stain our dresses. Clear deodorant is recommended. It is okay to put on lotion hours before your photoshoot, but please, no oil-based lotion that will leave a residue on your hands.
  • How does the dress fit?
    We offer 13 beautiful dress colors for you to choose from. Our dresses run true to size and they are tailored to beautifully fit a variety of body types. The dresses are all made the same with long straps that can be customized to be worn sleeveless or with sleeves to cover the upper arms. A female member of our team will be present to help you get into and style your dress. ​ Dress Sizes Available: Dress 1: XS-M (sizes 2-10) Dress 2: L-XL (sizes 12-16) Dress 3: 1X-3X (sizes 18-28) Which size should I choose? Our dresses come in 3 sizes (see above), and are customized to fit a range of sizes. All gowns have elastic in the waist, and the top straps can be tied in a variety of ways to flatter all body types (we can also add sleeves to reach the elbow). If in doubt about which size to choose, we advise that you go with the size that you are most confident you will be able to fit. You will not be able to switch your dress if it does not fit, so again, please size up to ensure the best fit. We look forward to you flying with us! - CFDP Team
  • What type of shoe should I wear with the dress?
    Our dresses have a lot of volume-- that's what makes them so grand in the pictures! We recommend wearing a high heel. If you are unable to wear heels, a nice, sparkling flat may be the right touch.
  • What happens if I book the wrong dress size?
    Which size should I choose? Our dresses come in 3 sizes ranging from XS to 3X (size 2 to 28), and are customized to fit a range of sizes. All gowns have elastic in the waist, and the top straps can be tied in a variety of ways to flatter all body types (we can also add sleeves to reach the elbow). If in doubt about which size to choose, we advise that you go with the size that you are most confident you will be able to fit. There will not be an opportunity to change your dress the day of your photoshoot, so again, size up if you're in doubt about your size. (Should you decide to change your dress color after booking, you will be charged a Dress Change fee.) We look forward to you flying with us! - CFDP Team

    Yes, we have an assortment of accessories to complement your beautiful dress. Feel free to bring your own jewelry if you prefer.
